The Department of Education staff will attempt to respond to questions within 48 hours of receipt (during ordinary business days) with:

• An answer, and
• Links to documents and appropriate web pages, or
• Specific arrangements for providing responses in time-frames greater than 48 hours if staff availability is an issue.
